1. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery all over Pakistan on all orders.

2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.

3. Is advance payment required?
Yes, a small advance payment of PKR 300 is required to confirm your order. The remaining amount can be paid on delivery.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS so you can check your delivery status anytime.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We take product quality very seriously. In case of any issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Do your watches come with a warranty?
Yes, all Relogents watches come with a 6-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or updated within 12 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
